Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are fully protected. This policy supplements, and does not replace, your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Shipping information
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods (e.g., sale events, Christmas). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping area
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations. We aim to expand our delivery coverage in the future.
Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have not received this email within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns policy
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of the product price within 14 days of the day you receive your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
• Emailing us at [contact@lumiqskin.co.uk] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel
• Using the contact form on our website
Once we have received your cancellation notice, you must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Items returned under your cancellation right must:
• Be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where possible
• Include all accessories and documentation that were included with the order
Faulty or incorrectly described items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

For faulty or incorrectly described items, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
Items we cannot accept for return
We cannot accept returns of items that have been used and are being returned for reasons other than a statutory right, or items that have been damaged through misuse.

2. We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
3. Package the item securely and send to the address provided.
4. Keep proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
Customs and import duties
For UK orders, no customs duties apply. All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.
